              Hello Everyone good news for everyone now you can apply for Driving License Online with RTO Sharti Portal and also pay your fees online So in this Post We will know about Online Driving License Apply Process and Fee Payment for NEW DRiVNING LICENSE in further posts we will also know ABout RENEWAL,ENDORSEMENT and Many other services releated to Driving License.



 Required Documents For LEARNING LICENCE and Fee structure:-

1- Aadhar Card or Voter ID for Address proof( Aadhar is Necessary)
2-Marksheet for DOB proof.
3-Photo and Sign of Applicant.
Note:- If you don't have a marksheet then you needs PAN card or Voter ID along with Aadhar( and Also Needs a Affidavit ) .

FEE STRUCTURE:-

•    150 Rs per Cov + 50 Rs Test fee (Means 200 RS for 1 covs if you choose more than 1 Covs then 150+ in 200 Ex- FOr LMV + MCWG fee will be 350Rs.)

                        SO First of All in making of  NEW DL First of all we needs to Apply For NEW LEARNERS LICENCE SO for 

LEARNER LICENCE Apply Follow Below Steps:-

• First Visit to this Site to go to Learning Licence apply page Directly LINK 

• Now After opening This Site click on Continue Button.

• Now on next page DOn't Do anything just click on Submit.

• Now Fill the Form as Asked and Chooose Covs(means vehicle Types you want in  DL)

• For Example- You can choose LMW (For light motors and MCWG (for moter cycles with Gear and Also other types as you need)  You Can also choose Both .

•  After Filling Form You will get an Acknowledge Receipt print it and Click on Next page.

• In Next Page You will See status of Your Application Now Go down and CHoose Upload Photo and Sign option and You will go too next page 

• In this Page upload photo and Sign of Applicant.

• Now after uploading Click next again in status Page now in this Page print FORM -1 

• Now Choose Upload DOcuments Option and Upload DOcuments as required.

• After Uploading Click on Next and Again CHoose FEE Payment option and Pay fee as needed

• AFter paying Fee Print recceipt and Next choose SLOT booking Option fromm Status page.

• Now Book the Slot when date is available and On same day go to RTO office with Required document for Further Process.
