Apply for NEW Permanent DL Full process

Hello Everyone good news for everyone now you can apply for Driving License Online with RTO Sharti Portal and also pay your fees online So in this Post We will know about Online Driving License Apply Process and Fee Payment for NEW DRiVNING LICENSE in further posts we will also know ABout RENEWAL,ENDORSEMENT and Many other services releated to Driving License.


Things TO remember(Don't Fill and Wrong details like Mobile No and Address if details wrong and fee is paid no Edit option is available You will lost your Money.)

 Required Documents For LEARNING LICENCE and Fee structure:-

1- Aadhar Card or Voter ID for Address proof( Aadhar is Necessary)
2- Old Learning License


FEE STRUCTURE:-

•    700 Rs (for LMW and MCWG)

                        SO  in making of  NEW Permanent  DL First of all we needs to old Learning DL if you don't have See my old Post for LEARNING LICENCE ONLINE PROCESS.

LEARNER LICENCE Apply Follow Below Steps:-

• First Visit to this Site to go for Permanent Driving Licence apply page Directly LINK 

• Now After opening This Site click on Continue Button.

• Now on next page Select appropriate choice if you have old LL just choose holding Learner license.

• Now Enter old LL No and DOB as in LL.

• Click of and You will get old Details Fill empty Places of Form as Asked and Chooose your Covs for CLick on select all.
• Now In next page Choose State and Fill address details and Click Submit.

•  After Filling Form You will get an Acknowledge Receipt print it and Click on Next page.

• In Next Page You will See status of Your Application Now Go down and CHoose upload Documents option and You will go too next page 

• In this Page upload Address proof and LL.

• Now after uploading Click next again in status Page now in this Page print FORM -1 

• Now  Again CHoose FEE Payment option and Pay fee as needed

• AFter paying Fee Print recceipt and Next choose SLOT booking Option from Status page.

• Now Book the Slot when date is available and On same day go to RTO office with Required document for Further Process.
