Things TO remember(Don't Fill and Wrong details like Mobile No and Address if details wrong and fee is paid no Edit option is available You will lost your Money.)

 Required Documents For LEARNING LICENCE and Fee structure:-

1- Aadhar Card or Voter ID for Address proof( Aadhar is Necessary)
2- Old Learning License


FEE STRUCTURE:-

•    700 Rs (for LMW and MCWG)

LEARNER LICENCE Apply Follow Below Steps:-

• First Visit to this Site to go for Permanent Driving Licence apply page Directly LINK 

• Now After opening This Site click on Continue Button.

• Now on next page Select appropriate choice if you have old LL just choose holding Learner license.

• Now Enter old LL No and DOB as in LL.

• Click of and You will get old Details Fill empty Places of Form as Asked and Chooose your Covs for CLick on select all.
• Now In next page Choose State and Fill address details and Click Submit.

•  After Filling Form You will get an Acknowledge Receipt print it and Click on Next page.

• In Next Page You will See status of Your Application Now Go down and CHoose upload Documents option and You will go too next page 

• In this Page upload Address proof and LL.

• Now after uploading Click next again in status Page now in this Page print FORM -1 

• Now  Again CHoose FEE Payment option and Pay fee as needed

• AFter paying Fee Print recceipt and Next choose SLOT booking Option from Status page.

• Now Book the Slot when date is available and On same day go to RTO office with Required document for Further Process.

Dear All,
As you are well aware that it is mandatory for all VLEs to become a IRCTC Service provider. ALL the VLES’ are requested to register themselves for IRCTC service.

It is mandatory to register for IRCTC.
To register in IRCTC: Logon to  Digital  Seva portal ( https://digitalseva.csc.gov.in)

Select service of IRCTC for registration

• After clicking on registration new window will be opened on your screen where you have to select Login with digital Seva connect. 
• After selecting the Digital Seva connect a new window will be opened where you have to enter your user id and password again of Digital Seva portal. 
• After entering your user id and password new window will be opened where you have to select IRCTC Agent Registration Form.
• Click on registration form, the form will be opened where you have to give all the necessary information as required.
• After successful registration a receipt will be generated, you have to keep it for knowing the status of your registration.

Note:

• Pease enter the unique mobile number which you have never used in IRCTC.
• Please enter the unique Email id which you have never used in IRCTC.
• Pan card details should not be registered in IRCTC with personal user id.
• Attached documents should be scanned clearly/visible.

• After 1-2 month after verifying your details You will get DIGIMAIL and DIGITAL SEVA Portal id and Passowrd in your E-mail box.

What is Aadhar VIrtual ID and How it will Work

Hello Friends as you know government is going to Generate A 16 Digit Virtual Id for everyones Aadhar to Secure your adhar DATA.

Now KNow WHAT IS Virtual ID(VID):- 

• VID will be a 16-digit, randomly-generated number which can be used for authentication instead of the original Aadhaar number, according to UIDAI. 

                                 This is how VID works:

• VID will be a temporary, revocable 16-digit random number mapped with the Aadhaar number. It will not be possible to derive Aadhaar number from VID.
• “Last digit of the VID is the checksum using ‘Verhoeff’ algorithm as in Aadhaar number. There will be only one active and valid VID for an Aadhaar number at any given time,” the UIDAI said in a statement.
• The “Verhoeff” algorithm is a checksum formula for error detection developed by the Dutch mathematician Jacobus Verhoeff and was first published in 1969. Aadhaar number holder can use VID in lieu of Aadhaar number whenever authentication or KYC services are performed.
• Authentication may be performed using VID in a manner similar to using Aadhaar number.
• “VID, by design being temporary, cannot be used by agencies for de-duplication. VID is revocable and can be replaced by a new one by Aadhaar number holder after the minimum validity period set by UIDAI policy,” the authority added.
• VID can be generated only by the Aadhaar number holder.
• They can also replace (revoke and generate new one) their VID from time to time after the UIDAI set minimum validity period.
• “UIDAI will provide various options to Aadhaar number holders to generate their VID, retrieve their VID in case they forget, and replace their VID with a new number. These options will be made available via UIDAI’s resident portal, Aadhaar Enrollment Center and mAaadhaar mobile application, etc,” the authority said.
